Recent water bills show a substantial decrease in community-wide water usage compared to the same period last year.
From December–January last year, the HOA used 1,490 HCF of water (1 HCF = 748 gallons).
For December–January this year, usage dropped to 208 HCF.
Over the past year, the HOA has taken steps to improve and stabilize the irrigation system, and the results are now beginning to show. Water is currently one of the community’s largest operating expenses, and reducing unnecessary usage remains an ongoing priority.
If you notice a broken sprinkler head, leaking pipe, or other watering issue, please report it to the HOA so it can be addressed promptly.
