Property improvements are a huge part of keeping our community thriving, and we want the process to be as easy as possible. We know renovations, painting, and construction come with plenty of hurdles already—your HOA shouldn’t be one of them.
By following a few simple guidelines and submitting your Architectural Review quickly, we can help move your approval along faster.
We’re not here to pile on red tape—just to make sure improvements line up with the community standards outlined in our CC&Rs.
Process

Complete the Architectural Application

Submit the Application to shannon@mcmiskey.com

The Board will review your application at the next Board Meeting.
4
You will be notified following the Board Meeting whether your application was approved or denied.
Recommended Color Palette for Painting
Think "earthtones" when choosing colors. If you choose colors from the options below, your approval will be processed more quickly. Choosing colors outside these tones may result in delays or denial.
NOTE: If you are not changing any colors, you can proceed with painting without prior approval nor an Architectural Review.
