Much progress has been made in reviewing the sprinkler and watering systems throughout our HOA. Recently, the board and landscapers walked the property to test every watering zone. During these inspections, we found and repaired many broken sprinkler heads, identified all controllers, and even uncovered water being siphoned from the HOA system. On the September
