Much progress has been made in reviewing the sprinkler and watering systems throughout our HOA. Recently, the board and landscapers walked the property to test every watering zone. During these inspections, we found and repaired many broken sprinkler heads, identified all controllers, and even uncovered water being siphoned from the HOA system.
On the September 24th walk, the team focused on Zone 1. While this inspection was not as extensive as earlier ones, nearly all controllers were reviewed, and Andre has made excellent headway in this zone. With most sprinkler issues now resolved, attention is shifting to shrub health, v-ditch cleaning, and general maintenance. V-ditch cleaning will remain an ongoing effort, along with concentrated trimming and removal of dead debris to maintain fire safety.
Zone 1 is now much more manageable, thanks to recent work, though there is still plenty to do to keep the area in good condition. Progress is steady, but this is a large undertaking. We expect to share water savings data within the next couple of months.
