About

Our neighborhood is made up of 112 homes here in Anaheim Hills, and the Association is here to help keep things running smoothly. We’re supported by Millennium Community Management, and a volunteer Board of Directors helps guide decisions for the community.

Some of the Board’s main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing landscaping throughout the community and making sure our irrigation system works properly.

  • Keeping an eye on finances and planning for future projects like painting, fence upkeep, and mailbox replacements.

  • Hosting regular meetings (currently on Zoom) to make decisions and keep homeowners informed.

Right now, we’re especially focused on tackling high water costs, staying on top of maintenance like clearing debris from slopes and drainage areas, and making sure long-term projects are well-funded.

Our goal is simple: keep Anaheim Hills Estates looking great, safe, and enjoyable for everyone who lives here.
